100% Pushability
The unique ClearStream KrossLock™ technology enables almost 100% of both push and torque to be transmitted from the hub right to the end of the catheter tip. Highly Durable Balloon
With the QuadFlex® balloon technology there is the potential to significantly improve success rate of the most difficult cases involving long occluded vessels including those utilising the sub-intimal approach. QuadFlex Balloon delivers: Flexibility
· Easily navigating to the required location Durability
· Capable of multiple inflations in types B/C lesions Strength
· High rated burst pressure
Rewrapability
Excellent memory resulting in very low profile after deflation to facilitate further entry into the target lesion and easy pull-back or re-entry into the sheath (5F) ReeKross 18 & ReeKross 14 (4F).
Reduces Time & Costs
Evaluations have shown that the ReeKross™ can reduce procedure time and reduce the number of catheters required.

Excellent pushability, but the problem with bent or kiking is very important, if some of these ocurred you need to change the ballon because it will grip the wire and will be impossible advance the ballon.
Try to keep the hipotube straight all the possible time.

Excellent pushability especially with a stiff hydrophilic wire. Speeds up infragenicular angioplasty enormously particularly with th 0.018 system. 20 minutes of creeping forwards with a low profile system is replaced by one rapid smooth push. A word of caution -- if the stainless tube is bent or angulated to extreme it "ovalises" and collapses, gripping the wire. If this occurs the ballon must be discarded and a new one used. Trying to staighten it will fracture the tube.
