Excellent pushability, but the problem with bent or kiking is very important, if some of these ocurred you need to change the ballon because it will grip the wire and will be impossible advance the ballon. Try to keep the hipotube straight all the possible time.

Excellent pushability especially with a stiff hydrophilic wire. Speeds up infragenicular angioplasty enormously particularly with th 0.018 system. 20 minutes of creeping forwards with a low profile system is replaced by one rapid smooth push. A word of caution -- if the stainless tube is bent or angulated to extreme it "ovalises" and collapses, gripping the wire. If this occurs the ballon must be discarded and a new one used. Trying to staighten it will fracture the tube.
